Appointment Cancellation/Late Show/No Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations; otherwise, you will be charged a $75 missed appointment fee. This fee must be paid before scheduling a new appointment and is not covered by insurance.
